PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!!! LOL. This is one of these projects that just keeps getting bigger and bigger as time goes by. It started as just and engine swap, then once the motor was removed the transon was found to be weak, here we are today. The boat had a Ford engine and a Cobra drive, and a GM 350 with a Mercruiser drive will be going back in. This is not a project for the faint of heart since the motor is larger than the opening and has to be assembled inside the motor compartment.
